This site requires a browser that can handle frames. The latest Microsoft and Netscape browsers can do this, and they are free. I don't know what AOL, LENOX, and UNIX based browsers can do. Please let me know if you are using one of these and are reading this.
I use frames only to provide convenient indicies to large pages. Someday I might get around to providing a no-frame version of my site, but doing this is tedious, time consuming, and not very interesting. I would rather add new stuff to my site. I think it would be easier for you to download a new browser than for me to provide a no-frames version. If you disagree, please politely tell me why.
